INvolve, one of the organisations behind the If Not Now, When? campaign, have launched their inaugural Top Ten Executive Black Role Models in the UK, presented by Google.
Between them, these leaders and senior executives represent a collective workforce of over 65,000 in the UK and they are being recognised for the way they have used their positions to keep diversity and inclusion at the top of the organisational agenda.
Each of these individuals also appear on the wider EMpower Ethnic Minority Role Model List, which was launched by INvolve in May.
Commenting on this feature dedicated to UK Black Role Models, Suki Sandhu OBE, Founder & CEO of Audeliss and INvolve, said: “We must do more when it comes to driving Black inclusion in business.
