if not now, when? another honest conversation about black inclusion in the workplace

Black Lives Matter is a movement not a moment. We need businesses to turn solidarity into tangible action by implementing long term strategies to improve Black inclusion and representation in leadership roles.

We have seen a rise in the number of organisations making the commitment to improving Black inclusion in the workplace, with 42 UK Business Leaders signing our open letter for action. However it is clear that more needs to be done.

Our brilliant panellists came back together to discuss their experiences and whether they
have seen any real progress since their first conversation on 15 June. They highlighted the crucial role allies play in dismantling systematic racism to create a more inclusive workplace for Black employees.

We give thanks to our speakers:

  • Erika Irish Brown, Chief Diversity Officer, Goldman Sachs
  • Sandra Sims-Williams, Senior Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, Nielsen
  • Wema Hoover, Global Head, Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Sanofi

And our moderator:

  • Suki Sandhu OBE, Founder & CEO, Audeliss & INvolve
